GH WATCH – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

🔥 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY (APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES — NO EXCEPTION)

To raise ANY complaint such as damaged product, wrong product, missing watch, size issue, empty parcel, stolen item from box, or dissatisfaction,
➡️ An unedited unboxing video is compulsory — from the moment the package is closed and sealed till the watch is fully shown.
Without an unboxing video, no return, replacement or refund request will be accepted in any case.


At GH Watch, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure delivery of high-quality watches, but in rare cases where you face an issue, our policy below will guide you.


1. When Can I Request a Return or Refund?

You are eligible only if:

  • You received a faulty / defective product

  • You received a different product than what you ordered

  • The product looks different from the listing pictures

  • Size issue — the delivered size is not what you ordered

  • You are not satisfied with the product

Unboxing video is required in ALL the above cases for approval.


2. Products NOT Eligible for Return

Return will be rejected if:

  • The watch has been used, worn, washed, scratched or damaged by customer

  • The product is purchased on sale / discount

  • Tags, bills, packaging or box are missing

  • Unboxing video is not provided


3. Conditions for Return Approval

To be approved:

  • Product must be unworn and unused

  • Brand box, label, tags and bill must be intact

  • Returned in original condition

  • Replacement depends on stock availability


4. Refund Eligibility & Process

To raise a dispute, contact us on WhatsApp:

Send the following:

  1. Order ID

  2. Images of the product

  3. Unboxing video (must show sealed package → opening → product clearly)

  4. Reason for return

Time Limit:
All disputes must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
After 3 days → No return/refund request will be accepted.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled

  • If you request cancellation before dispatch, we will review and approve if possible

🔻 Note: GH Watch reserves full right to cancel any order due to pricing error, payment issue, or out-of-stock situation.


6. GH Watch Final Authority

GH Watch holds full authority to:

  • Approve or deny return/refund requests

  • Validate complaints based on unboxing video evidence

  • Make changes to policy without prior notice
